I signed up for this site just to say this is an excellent Theme. Simply Fantastic artwork and imagination. I'm not a fan of Naruto or anyother Japanamation, but the work put into creating this theme shows how brilliant XP can still look.

1. Make sure you have run "Ux Theme Patcher" for your version of XP. (either SP2 or SP3)
2. Unzip the files in your "c:\windows\resources\themes" directory.
3. Apply the Naruto Theme just like any other theme.

This is great- my friend reads Naruto, and I'm supposed to be making his computer profile...I know what theme IM USING! (Microsoft Zune theme, just joking :P)
