i like the style, but the scroll bars and progress bar seem kind of flat and plain, and dont go with the titlebars and taskbar.

Looks very nice, just wish it had color. And in mIRC the text color of the selected channel stays black, so I can't see the channel name. Not that you can really fix that, or that it matters.

Since my last comments were kindly deleted by FrostedFlames due to certain comments I made that are apparently against Custo rules... Theres no consistency between elements, squared title bar but rounded tasks, bordered windows but solid start pane, flat scroll/progress bars but rounded task bar... theres only 25% of any one of 4 styles there, thus the rating. Whats there of each style is nice, but they need to be split off into thier own VS's rather than just porting them over.

certainly this is an interesting theme, and for the most part is very good, however it does hae a few issues, rough edges, bugs or what ever you want to call them.
As it stands I see 2 problems. one is the inconsistancies of the font and the taskbar / start menu. most of the fonts work beautifly even in VS where 99% of themes make using VS a pain by making the fonts way too small and making them serif fonts. your theme doesn't do this however with your theme some applications don't apply the new font in the same manner. for example in firefox all fonts are times new roman.
the task bar is also done well except w/ the active application state. it looks like well crud.

what I mean by font inconsistancies is where the theme is applying the font in your zip to some programs and not to others, and instead uses times. as for the task bar olaf points out exactly what I'm thinking of.

Awesome job but this font thing a a couple of otehr small inconsistancies really kick it in the nuts - otherwise its quite tasty indeed.
How do i go about fixing the font thing? I have the font you recommended to use instead but how do i apply it?

with a few modifications, this could become one of the most popular visual styles ever. First of all, the start menu feels wrong, it should be more normal, like foton or marina. Secondly, the "bars surrounding an active caption on the taskbar" as Olaf says it, are not a good idea. Just make them round using a shadow or something. That would look great imo. And my last comment is to make a black taskbar. Just a black version of this.
I'm a great fan of the top part of the windows. It absolutely rocks!

I use this theme for the nice flat THIN grey scrollbar with the arrows. Since I use bbLean the rest dont matter to me. Just the scrollbar...

thanks man, to fix the firefox thing, just set the font to haxrcorp 4088 instead of s8 (koop was all over me about the "wrong" haxrcorp version, they looked identical to me). Firefox just doesnt like some fonts, haxrcorp s8 being one of them. I'm not sure what you mean by "inconsistancies of the font and the taskbar / start menu", except maybe that the all programs text is kroeger. Wanna clear that up?
