New font choices, Zurich BT and Swiss caps D-Type

Fixed the helpbutton bug, and added captionbutton mouseovers.

Full + Compact start menus, custom shells for all colours, 3 font choices (Verdana 7pt, Calibri, Tahoma 8pt)

Not really fond of the caption font myself, but it's a port. Alternative font suggestions very much appreciated :)
