Artist's Note
ModBlue is a visual style partially based on Microsoft's newer visual styles like "Plex", "Aero", "Slate" and "Energy Blue/Royale". Try it out, you'll see how it blends perfectly with the latest software.
New in version 1.1: - Energy Blue Taskbar (normal and thin size versions). - Several significant errors corrected. - Some minor changes.
Notes: - Normal and thin Taskbar size versions included. - Please use 32 bit desktop color and ClearType fonts. - My older "ModPlex" and "ModSlate" visual styles have been discontinued.

this is much closer to the current original MS styles than many of those other independent redesigns, and I doubt it's for it's benefit. Technically it seems ok though.

The perfect re-design for Luna. Being a OSX user and a Windos XP user, I don't come here looking for the endless flood of OSX rips and styles for Windows... I came here for XP Visual Styles, that could give me a slick yet XP-feel. And this theme provided. Plain and simple. You get 100 from me, FredPJ. Hope to see more of your work soon!

I think this is one of the most useful VS.
I don't need any eye-wearing fancy for a VS.
This is like an upgrade to original VS and I'm very happy with it.
