Well, it looks nice, but you left in the default min max close buttons and they don't go well with the rest of the style.

Yeah, need a more comprehensive screenie. Thanks for the advice about screen rez, but I don't think many people actually run their monitors at that setting. I won't tell ANYONE to design "for the masses", but, well...
