a beatifully skinned blue theme

i call this blue technology because everything is made
up by blue .the buttons are really cool .i spent so much
time on it .i think its a pleaseant theme worth a click

wht do u think pls definately post ur reviews and votes too
also e mail me further suggestion.i think u know the best
and i will know only if u tell me .

	Max: This is too much like the default xp theme! Even though it's blue and parts are updated with your own personal style it's not visually appealing. Look at some of the different visual styles that are on the site and see how they have thier own very unique look and style. Try to incorporate that same thing into your future productions.
