wel that looks neat. a lot of options, animation, and whirligigs going on here. design sense is a little skewed, but i can forego that for a little flair in my pants.

Flashy looking but really does not give that much compared to any of the other skins like this one. That and the size of it is just too big. The 3d Animation is the only thing I like, that and the silver blue design, but the sounds that go with it, are just a bit too loud. And I still don't know why it needed 15 megs just for this skin, maybe it has spyware on it. lol :P

because WMP doesn't support anything remotely resembling efficient colorscheming - every theme is basically another copy of the skin. :P EDIT - TSF: I assure you I'm familiar with your back catalog, as are most commercial skinners. What you need to keep in mind is that the skinning community is now dominated by desktop customizers, and the 'hey this is flashy' factor of things isn't as important as 'hey this matches my desktop' factor. There's no good reason NOT to include an HSL color changing device if your platform is capable of it, and clients love them. Also, you missed my original point entirely - a lot of WMP skins are size heavy because of the nature of WMP colorthemes (which I assumed you had included in this skin, given the nature of Alienware products).

Additionally, does customize.org get a share of the money made from this commercial advertisement?
Also to gearman, they didnt give it away FOR FREE. they got paid for doing the work by alienware, most likely an extortionate ammount as usual, (eh jesh? ;) ), and posting it here serves only as further Publicity for their client.

Top quality as always. albeit at a rather ehfty file size. But we're here to review quality, not size (let's not go any farther with that statement).
First of all I'd like to say that you will not find better skins for WMP than those released by the Skins Factory. They are simply the cream of the crop, and I don't see too many people being able to come close to the amount of talent over there in the 'Factory.
Granted, they do already have an Alienware skin for WMP, this is still top notch. And the fact that they are giving this kind of work away FOR FREE only serves to prove that they are a great group of artists who, even after success, still serve the community from which many of them are a part of.

looks really kool and the animation is really nice...but the playlist..wen i drag new mp3s to the list...there like no button for me to "save as" my playlist...and this is a annoying problem cause i want to use this skin all the time but everytime i add something i have to switch it to fulll mode and save my playlist...someone tell me if theres a way to save my playlist while using this skin cause i cant figure it out...

1) You can turn off the sound effects from the EQ - look for the wavelength icon and click it.
2) It's 15 mb because of the sound effects and because the animation is a large filesize and we let you reverse it to close the shutter. That meant we had to include it twice.
