Artist's Note
Redux7 is dark theme for Windows 7 while still giving it the feeling of not being too dark. It should work with Windows Vista and although I did add XP parts it may work with XP also but no guarantees as I haven't tested. I hope you enjoy this theme.
Features:
* Animated start button on mouse over.
* 70% Transparent window borders when inactive.
* Titlebar buttons glow.
