If I were a windows user, I'd use this theme. Its got nice colors and has a nice feel to it.

Looks like a really well done skin! My only suggestion is : the top "highlight" is definitly *way* to hard. Make it softer and your skin will look much more professionnal. Keep up the nice work... I'll definitly give it a try if you release a less highlighted variant someday ;)

I agree with zelkor and chneseangle.
This would be a 100 except for;
The harsh highlight.
The light blue text on white.
Both of which makes it a difficult to read.
