A few issues here. Notably, the text on the compact menu gets chopped off - as seen in your screenshot. Also, I get the first letter of the shortcut on the right hand pane of the compact start menu showing up which doesn't look great. Agreed with koopey about the fonts - they look better with cleartype off....
