-10 because the shape is a tad bit off for any use
+10 will be added if you make it a .wal (can not stand the work of finding winamp3 folder/skins +unzip/paste thing anymore,*and im pretty sure its part of quality to make it all functional .wal is part of functionality)

Those are definitely sweet. I can see them in so many screenshots :). Hm...the only thing I could suggest is to work on the buttons for the larger version. They don't look as good as the minimized buttons.

the skin seems a little to gradient-esk for my taste, and it's not really desktop friendly.. even the slim mode... even the playlist is a bit monstrous.

Great piece of work! A .wal archive would be cool, but all you have to do is create a folder in %windows root%/program files/winamp/skins called nEmatic, and drop the files from the zip file into that.
Keep it up man, this is my favorite so far! (Bright pink... Teeheehee! I oughtta send you a screenshot. ^.^)
