Artist's Note
Well, in accordance to non-popular demand (people who hate my 3D LCARS), I made a 2D version of version 2.0. This also has the same trans effects as 2.0 so if you want to use it rename regio to region. Oh and this also has a font for the play list. Enjoy

The background is transparent, by the use of the not so good regio.txt file (rename it to region.txt)

you just don't get it, its not the fact its 2d, 3d, whatever, its the fact that its LCARS, ie. ugly as f*ck...cluttered with lame-ass colours and no design whatsoever

(¤_¤) <----thats what i look like when i see this skin. i think i'm going blind. it hurts. it hurts so much. it DOES show that you put alot of work into it. But everything just seems so cluttered and it dosent fit well together.

First of all, the colours are totally wrong for LCARS, and so is the design. Secondly, get Swiss911 UCM BT. THAT is the correct font for the monitors, NOT TNG Monitors.
