It would look a bit better (and be more themable) if you removed the northers.2, equalizer, and playlist text header. The gradients are smooth, and once again it is a nice and easy skin for first time wa users.

I little too plain and minimalistic for me, but hey, a good job nonetheless ! And it matches northers.de's style very well ! (that logo on your home page is sweeeet ! :)

This skin is executed well, but 1) it looks almost exactly like the last 50 "simple white" skins - see Zwylle's comment about the Simple White Mafia and 2) IT LOOKS EXACTLY LIKE OTHER PLAIN WHITE SKINS. This is not a new idea, and while I understand most everything has been done for WA2, this is pretty plain. Don't worry though, I'm sure an admin will love it.

I go with jmoisan. The effects are well done. And ..even if it is like all the other skins. whicht skin isn´t? I got sick of winamp. Really. But then the RIPoste came up. And .. got me again. You worked long on it. The buttons are very cool. I like it. Add green to fit your website ;)

just remove the text (or change it) and change the min max buttons (maybe do a lil more simple editing with the vis and text), and you've got the PERFECT exidge skin right there. there's sourness in flintsilver's review. sorry flintsilver, but there are people that like winamp to look like the rest of their desktop, and not like an art piece. i certainly don't want inferior gradients and noobie 3d buttons on my winamp. i want something that's simple, easy to read, and easily themable. and this winamp skin fits the bill.

This matches exidge beautifully. It's also well-executed, and yes it looks like alot of the others, but so what what??? I'm rating THIS skin, based on how THIS one looks. It's one of the better whiet skins out there, anyway. :-)
UPDATE::: Jesus, a 45???? For looking like OTHER skins?? A 45 because you are TIRED of seeing it?? Who cares if you're tired?? I don't. How does THIS skin look. Is THIS skin well done? How does THIS skin compare to other WHITE skins, or skins of THIS style? Stick to the rating the submission itself, and not to rating what you might or might not have not seen before. Try to be a bit more objective. Remember? OBJECTIVE.

UPD: yeah, call me a hater. I am sick of people who think that everything built on shades of white and black is an impressive peace of art and ooh so sexy.
It is just the easiest way of making skins.
I would call it cheap, not minimalistic.

i don't see why this guy is complaining about it being unoriginal and hackneyed... winamp2 has been around for five years or more and every kind of skin (pixel, 3d, grunge, technical, minimal, et al) has been done to death.
