i dont really like it better than the first. I like the red sowrd-edge like thing, the ring is looking a little worse. Its nice to see you keep trying though. And as jbunti stated below, you should tr to make your next one with more sense. Think of a message or emotion you would like to express. It makes it more interesting to make gfx when you know what youre making. good luck!

Yeah looks much better then your first one, keep on working!
But try to put a Sense or something like that in your pictures :)
And no matter if it's a obvious or a totally banal sense...
