I would stay away from wallpapers with slogans or sayings on them even if the saying is clever.
Also, the blurred text isn't quite blurry enough.

hmm... if you're trying to play with typography may I suggest keeping the background light (remove the grid) and keeping the type simple. otherwise put a nice graphic in the background to create some contrast. just some things I would try based on what you have there already. whatever. ;)
