id say 40, dependig on the computer....
its a blue-white gradient with some mild filetring and scanlines and an embossed linux penguin in blue. Fucking genius.

I guess this is a good try for someone who is just beginning? Not sure if you've ever attempted to create a wallpaper, but this needs some work...to put it mildly. Definitely needs more development and a new focal center that isnt the logo to a well-known operating system.
