Great job, I also find the references to analog refreshing. The mellow tones keep the whole thing from being too intense and striking.. I mean after all it's supposed to be a 'background' so subtlety is a plus. I'm not really sure why that stereo jack is just lurking on top in high contrast. It doesn't hurt it but i keep thinking 'advertisement for stereo jacks' or something. I really like this wallpaper, but i don't care for the cb4 winamp skin... too messy this paper is so clean. I think Nucleo_Nlog_v102 skin is a much better matchup..
oh and the most important thing about this paper, it's not blue!!! it seems everybody else is working in shades of blue...

its awesome... and tell me if im wrong, but arent most of the top wallpapers on custo monochrome or not far from it? just a thought... id love to see more artwork with complimentary or a triad color scheme.
