ooh. yeah like gllen said. Circles and Scanlines are NOT working in this image. Anti-alias! quick! Oh and spheres would be cooler than circles, more depth would be appreciated.

the little balls look jagged and too 2d for the rest of the picture.

green is a nice pick for a starting color or color scheming, but 2d balls are not the 'trend' or whatever you call it nowadays ..ppl prefer more of a 3d look. try again with 3d balls and you get an extra +50 to my rating =P
