New Website Layout for Skato.org.

The idea is to have it much like the current site
[ only with a load bar! ]
There will be a motion graphics inside the billboard, and and animated button for each area.
The galleries will pop open out of the bill board like a projection.
The idea was to have this website be a common google image 20 years in the future from now.
