It's a effect on Paint.net it is called Polar Inversion. I moved the effect out of the surface of the image and made it draw only this lines.
My english is not good hope you understand what I am trying to say.
It's just a playing around with effects of Paint.net.
Before I made this I used an apophysis render (made use of its colors). Did some adjustments on contrast, color balance and curves too.
