I've seen so many awesome wallpapers here. I'm a GIMP jock and I can make all those fancy walls as well as any other guy, and those fancy ones are so great, but I wanted something simple for a change.
I've included 800x600 versions, one with text and one without, because sometimes I'm annoyed by the funny text messing up my wall. I've also included a wide-screen 720p image (1440x900) and a normal 4:3 HD image if the normal version seems grainy on your monitor. It happens. This was designed on the 1440x900 screen; that's what I use, and that's what it's made for, but it should look good on most screens - it's just grayscale.
Licensing: the artist has specified that ports and mods are allowed.
