Artist's Note
After a 12yr hiatus, I've decided to take up my brushes again. This is a quick study I did of Amedeo Modigliani's 'Portrait of Jeanne Hebuterne' 1919. I had a very frustrating day at work and let my frustrations/emotions out in this quick study. It's very simple and raw, done in pastels and pencils. I then scanned the work and applied some simple filters in photoshop. Sorry about the resolution, it looked horrible when I converted it to normal wallpaper resolutions, so I just reduced the size by 50% to make it more manageable.
