It's really not so useful if you only make wallpapers for your res. Especially seeing as actually not THAT many people use it.
And since you're uploading it so other people can use it, it'd just what you're supposed to do, make other resolutions. And I know of people that use your res and make higher resolution wallpapers.

well i usually just make my wallpapers so they can fit my screen. mine is 1280x1024 so that's what the largest version is. the other is 1024x768 cuz that's what my old monitor was and i know most people use that resolution. i'll really only start making larger ones if i get a larger monitor.
