Since this is a vector It should be very easy to increase the resolution to 1920 x 1200. You may want to reconsider the current resolution as it is disused for some connoisseurs.

This looks like it was created from CD-Marcus's ayumi hamasaki. There are some subtle differences like the nail and a few shaded areas but it's basically the same thing as http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/1154
