mailmerge, the smaller sizes are only generated if the image is a standard (and somewhat common) resolution. You don't actually use 2592x1944 do you? 2048x1536 is the biggest fullscreen resolution in the system so I would suggest you upload an image that size.

thanks guys, but it's not always easy to just change aspect ratios like that. there's a whole principle that it shifts focus, etcetera. as it happens, I use it fine just shrinking it, but there's a slightly cropped and shrunk version for you.
