long time but i don't think it's enough. In the first one where there are clouds and such it doesn't work with the render at all. It's like putting an inside picture of someone, cutting it out and putting it in an outside environment, the render should have different lighting and personally i don't like those two colors, the grey just looks like it's left from original color from the rendering program which takes the quality away from the image, Other than that the concept is great, just the little side things that don't make it perfect. update yah i have used 3d programs many times, and usually on tv, or interenet, where ever your look at a 3d model that has no textures, it's usually a certain shade of grey, and thats why the colors don't really work in my opinion because it just looks like a stock render without textures. I do like the versions with the white backround and without the clouds , i say you put those ones up for print if you will or already have.

I would agree that the 3d work is pretty primitive and the materials are very basic, the material has that half glossy look which sort of disrupts the scale of everything, making the objects look small when they're obviously supposed to be largish. But the way it's used and the whole of the piece itself are simply outstanding and quite complex. A great piece of fantasy artwork. I can tell you spent some serious time on this and for that alone you deserve props. Everyone take notes: this is what happens when you invest yourself in your work.

Thanks everyone, glad ya liked it. Shocks: Well, I don't think the material looks anything like from a basic render.. Do you do 3d? As for the clouds, frankly, I didn't like them as much either. I included them because 90% of everyone I talked to about it before I released it, which was quite a few, liked those versions the best, and they felt it gave the piece more 'soul'. Thanks for taking the time to give your opinion however... Thanks to everyone who did :) - - - colossus: Interesting take on the scale of things. I will have to look and see what you mean. And yes, the materials are very basic. I was going for that, Sort of a simple, synthetic look. With bits of realistic materials mixed in, thanks for your comment :)
