Has a good 2D feel to it, but I can't shake the feeling that it could have some more style to it, especially the lights. The foreground to background changing in colors is excellent, but the entire piece as a whole lacks a style. If the style you're going for here is simply 2D, that's great. But I feel like you could create something more, because for the moment, it is kind of drab.
