Nice greyscale composition. Might be a little more interesting if the focus point was shifted to the side, but that's just IMO. On the technical side, 3DSMax has quite adequate anti-aliasing filters available--suggest you run this through a few passes, as there is noticeable jagginess, especially in the top center where the objects are closest to the viewer.
