fucking tooiiight. love the dirtyness. all that dripping and shit. however, that smoke is really bothering me. it looks very stiff and especially weird up close. also, there's some problems around the outside edges of the skyline. these aren't really apparent unless you take a close look though.
i really like the white design, but it does lead your eye away from all the interest at the bottom. if it weren't for that patch of white near the center of the piece, it might have been a real problem. the sky looks a bit too barren to me. maybe i'm wrong, cause i don't want you to overcrowd the piece, but that top left corner is quite empty

You relied too much on the brushes in this one. also, the glow on the arcs doesn't match with the dirtiness of the rest of it. The pixel drag doesn't belong either.
