the circles on the left are a bit primitive in nature but that smoke texture in the background is amazingly accurate. might want to think about higher resolutions and ditching the text in the corner.

It is not a low resolution. Its the most usable resolution.

A higher resolution or a range of resolutions would have made this wallpaper more appealing to me. I think the 'clouds' filter is a bit passe, but it works well with the colors and overall design in this piece. I'd ditch the tagline info in the corner. You're practically forcing someone to cover it up with a the taskbar or something.

I have the opposite opinion of Mojomonkee. I think the circles look great. But I don't think clouds in the background is a good contrast to the flat colouring of the foreground.
