ok, I played a little with the picture by my self and it came out like this......

Some interesting effects going on, but when it comes down to it it's just a mess. Some parts are pretty nifty, other parts look like you were playing with filters. Think it out a bit.

There's a great underlying design in this. Unfortunately I think your skills with your tools are holding you back. With some more work, and after figuring out how to create the effects you want, you'll come back and blow us away with something crazy.
