I see it as capturing movement - brightest parts are 'now', and the rest of the image is fading after-effects. Yin-yang effects are very easy to get in Apophysis though. This feels pretty decent, but if I'd generated it, I'd be tempted to run it through the mutation engine another pass and see if one of the results was closer to what I had in mind.
If you don't mind a technical pointer from someone who's NOT an expert, you can set the mutation engine so it makes small incremental steps instead of its usual larger ones, and sort of chase down an image through 15 or 20 iterations that way. If you did this one dragging triangles, you may find that mutation works better.
