Interesting start. What you need to start doing is work on adding more details to your vector, and get coloring down better. Take for instance the eyes. They look much less realistic than what you can do. The glow on her hair doesn't work well either. Adding more detail to clothes could help. Stuff like that. Adding better shading and such.

I love vectors... the only thing i don't like about this is that her face looks kind of wicked witch of the east-like. and there is not enough emphasis on the breasts... ( but they are done suprisingly well ) also i really like the hair. in total an excellent job. oooo I just noticed that her arm looks mal-proportioned.

the hair and tits look really good, but the face just looks ... ugly. I think it's the nose.

I think one problem might be that the curves of the lips are not the same as the photo. She has a slight soft smile, but the vector seems to be frowning with tightened lips. Also, you've got the contours of her nose's profile, but no detail from inside her face. Her nostrils are a bit longer and not so heavily emphasized. Maybe use a darker shade of the skintone for the nostril, rather than black. Where you've indicated a nostril isn't a dark hole on her face, it's where the forward rim of the nostril blends into the septum. Without showing how the nose is drawn into the contours of her cheek and mouth, the full picture of her nose is lost. Combined with the nostril that you've drawn, the effect is a shallower, sharper nose. What you might do is add additional shading to the face, like you did to the bust and arm. I see what 1beb means about the arm. You had to recreate it, her arm is hidden in the photo. You've got this masterful "topographic" shading rising up over the shoulder and down across the tricep area, but the bicep area has been sliced straight off (no shading at all) and doesn't appear as natural as the rest of her arm and torso. It's nice work, but it could be so much more.

to be brutally honest: vector girls are a little bit overdone, and you still have quite a high amount of technical problems: for example your jaggy borders....

you seem to add and subtract things - you're going over the photo, yes - but the details dont match it at all. take for example her nose, which is outlined correctly, but then the curve of the nostril seems to be "made up" - and then the rest of her face is flat, even tho there is plenty of shadow and highlight in the photo to work with. not trying to be abrasive, just trying to help.
