Artist's Note
My first foray into whole scene construction. Models from scifi.theforce.net, planet and starfield done in photoshop by hand ( No Filters! ) with the help of a great tutorial by Greg Martin. Thanks to Effexx for the idea, and Dr. Pepper for keeping my eyes open for the 6 hours it took to do this. Hope you guys like it, let me know!

the planet (Yavin IV?) looks like a melon or a marble...wife says 'greasy eyelid'.
that's an awful lot of light for outer space, too...
still, ++ for learning 3dsmax.

planet looks odd b/c it only has one cloud formation, also the color of the atmosphere on the planet should be closer to ground color.
Great star feild

Can't lose the text. Have to credit the model's authors per the licensing agreement. After all, ripping is bad, no?
