Artist's Note

Made this to practice the use of The GIMP for Windows 95. Nothing special, although it was kind of a challenge to use other Programs than Photoshop or PaintShop Pro. Sorry for the lousy res,but I have an old 14" Monitor (believe it or not) who can display 1024 x 768 only at 60 hz.
