I'd like to see either less doves, cut out some of the doves you didn't have much detail on or figure out a more pleasing pattern to lay them in. Hierachy is your friend, figure a way to group them into a main focal point and 2 smaller ones. I very much so like the shape of the largest dove, and the color scheme works. Maybe there should be more logic to which birds are grey, the birds farther back (smaller) maybe... find the key command for the ligature for the f and l so it's one letter.

i like it but i'm confused as to why you cut the gradient off to make it centered... why not just make it a full gradient? alternatively, if you're going to center it, you should make it either fade out into white or make a visible border to it. could use some 2d too.
