looks good... but maybe you should have kept only the midle part... the lower and higher part doesnt really fit imo

this is very well done. the only thing i would change is the sunrays on the top. i would move it over so it looked like it was coming off the other rays of sun or something

The guy walking to his car has no continuity - by that I mean you can't see his stride (i.e: walking), it's just a repetitive paste of one image of the guy. Other than that, I'd say I really like this. Decent color blending, and crisp where it needs to be. Although I think the text could be better executed, and those circles are a little too bold... tone them down a tad.
