The photo is good. Im not sure if I like the boxes, but I definately dont like the text. And the bg color doesnt really do anything for the photo.

I've seen a color combo very close to this before, believe it or not, in a color reference handbook (roomate = graphic design student), and I do like it... the green tones against the bluegray bg do something magical for the aqua butterfly, and the superimposed boxes seem to give the impression that you attention shouldn't be focused on the surroundings, but rather in the details of the surroundings, like he notes (I do agree with FF though, the text must be dealt with. Moved, scaled, something... Low-opacity over the bluegray bg maybe?). Just some thoughts. I like. :)
