Very nice, and I think the ass is fine the way it is, because it denotes a more realistic view of a girl, rather than an idealized cartoon character. Just my opinion of course. Nice work.

could use a little work. her arms are a little on the long side and her face looks..deformed to say the least. her hair should be worked with a tad..perhaps integrated into the piece.

Nice, she looks nearly perfect, although I don't like her chin, I think the gradient should be a Bit darker to blend in better, other than that, she's pretty near pefect for a girl that looks to weight about 115 give or take a few.... She's hot.
