What saved this is the text at the bottom because it shows somewhat of an intent to produce something worthwhile. The wall itself is extremely busy and could be toned down a bit.

i don't think that someone can use that as wall...looks pretty action and color intense but after 1min it goes extrem hard on my eyes.

wow, its so cluttered, the text did save it, but didnt save it enough,you gotta ease up on some of those things...I like it as a picture, but not as a wallpaper

Utterly and completely unusable. It's a mess. Just a mass of lights. The computer equivalent of fingerpainting. Sorry, but this is quite subpar.
