simple but nice, only the title in the upper left and the barcode-like thing in the lower right disturb the peace.

The central core concept here is great, but you could work on it a lot more to create something truly excellent. Simple tinting the tunnels and then feathering the edges before laying them in Photoshop just isn't cutting it. You could work much harder on blending the three views together, because as it stands it all feels very disjointed.
