Good concept, mediocre compilation. The circle and line in the middle needs to go, it just sort of "there" without any kind of connection to anything else. The typo needs some work other than just sticking a 90-degree 10pixel wide angle at the top right. The spherical objects are a good idea but try moving them to the left side instead. Also your barcode stretching across the bottom is the only grey color in the entire image, either change the color or add some more elements with that color.
