I've been fooling with this for quite some time now, upwards of two weeks. I can't think of anyplace new to take it, so... time to see what everyone else thinks. ;)

Stock photography + photomanipulation and some pretty extensive retouching in some places.

Inspired by my backyard.

	report status says: I've always thought this to be the best wallpaper I ever did. I really loved the contrast between the grunge and organic elements, and I love the way the flower leaps off the monitor. I made the mistake of submitting this one in 1600x1200... ironically enough, trying to be considerate by releasing the larger version kind of hurt me on this one ratings-wise, as the full-size version looked a little rough in spots.
