I think it would look better without the text. I like the wires. The letterbox is ok. More definition around it might be nice though. Good job.

the rings aren't smooth enough and the typo needs to go. also, the letterbox should be more defined, perhaps put a lighter shadow beneath it?

I don't think the rings are supposed to be smooth mojo....if you look, you can see the ring is wrapped with bands equally spaced apart

are you kidding me? the rings have way to few polygons there are no textures and the render cuts off. add a light some roughtness some reflectiveness and then you deserve a 84.
