The hearts are over the top, but I do dig on the tones and the work in the middle-ish.

I think its nice, but maybe you should make the hearts more transparant (dont mind the morgan_ti guy, he rates everything low)

I'm with Colossus on this one - way too bright for extended use, therefore not very usable as wallpaper. The work in the middle section saves this piece.
