The model is pretty simple, but the depth of field and texture are pretty cool. Looks like a bad little pill.......

I like your idea of a pill and how it ties in with rehab. But consider this:

Change the color to a more brownish/bluish green
a soft green makes it seem happy. Cold blue with a tint of green is how I imagine hospitals/rehab centers.

Also consider having not 1 but maybe 13 or more little tablets and a container somewhere in the picture, improve the general detail & focus on the surface area and improve the shadow and reflections.

everything's really cool except that main groove seems a little fake to me.

i think u should do another one of these in a larger size, have the pill be either: pink, purple, or white (so it looks real). and maybe have a fallen open medication bottles (u know what i mean?) behind it, with pills spilling out of it. THAT (i think) would catch everyones attention and still b pretty awesome!!
