I like the fact the effect isn't dead on... It's a good start. nice background for you to put something on top of/integrate a bit. You get a 50 now for the background and there's 50 more possible for the next version with a foreground.

agreed with HamToolie - would make a nice backdrop for something else, but it's not really strong enough to stand on its own

clouds > blur >> radial blur >paintbrush size 500 (to make the letterboxes) = this empty wallpaper. it needs more.
