Hamtoolie has some valid points, but it's a nice concept and composition, just lacking in execution.

Poor, clashing color choice. The red and yellow go together, but the olive doesn't work. Bad render of the sun and its rays (did you scale up in whatever app you used and try to hide the jaggies by blurring it? vector programs are good), plus the points don't all match at the origin.
