It would be much cooler if the material wasn't so blurry and was extruded downwards so it would look like a real techno skyscraper thingy

this would be great with a higher-detailed texture... i don't really like the look of the single pixels being blended

Bladerunner meets Tron. I agree the strongest side focally is the right side...the left being mostly dark adds an element thats not symetrical that might work better on top or bottom as opposed to right/left.
