The sky shows really good perspective and the images in the forground are good but the background needs a litle smoothing out

The water looks cheesey, there's a definate sharp pixel-line on the domes. And it just kinda sits there, like it has no character, no scariness, no "look-at-this-and-be-awestruck". Me no likey.

Don't get me wrong. This looks nice but looks easy to do (a few lightwave tricks and effects and you are done). Maybe a bit more complex one would be better.

there's really nothing inside the domey things and the reflection in the water is a little blocky, fix it up if you make another version please, very nice otherwise

First you made a model in bryce.
then you aded some sky and fog and some green atmosphere,,,,then you copy the modell into many,,,conected them with some simpel tubes,,,
this work takes about 5 minutes,,,

Better than anything ive ever done, but compared to the other wallpapers on this site, it isn't 'that' good in comparison, and all the dome-building are the same, just different sizes, water is not to good as well.

Having tried Bryce, which is really primitive and meant for beginners, this work is ok. I have no doubt that it took a while to render since Bryce has a bad rendering system, but the only problem is you can always tell when someone made an image out of Bryce. If I were you, I would move over to either 3DSMAX or Maya. You could make much better quality work once you learn them.

grimtek: i suggest you go take elementary biology again. mitochondria are found in animal cells, whereas chloroplasts (containing the thylakoids/grana/granum) are found in plant cells, hence the green color.
moloch: have u SEEN precurser's other work? but wait, you're right, you probably made the review before precurser stopped using bryce on everything...

. This piece is almost 4 YEARS OLD. Guys, back in the day this was the coolest thing. Back before evry warez dood and his Mom had bryce. It blew my mind in 99, and I can still appreciate it for what it is. A CLASSIC. It deserves the spot it occupies.
So you can't compare it to today's walls, it's like comparing a computer from 1999 to one in 2003. Things have changed.

Just a passing grade, Is everything but the sky suppose to have choppy jagged edges? I would use adobe illustator and photoshop to create something like this, what did you use? To me it looks like something made with a computer, like a trs80 from the late seventies, Not Bad just a passing grade for now. Just smooth it out and get more 3dism and it would look more realistic than some computer art, more like a real picture instead. we are in the future of computer technology, just step up a grade.
